Once an order has been submitted via our online system or phone the order cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event you need to change or cancel an order please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 518-221-5490 and we will do our best to accomodate your request. We don't guarantee and take no responsibility for being able to change or cancel your order.
By default we ship via Federal Express Ground unless other arrangements are made. If you need to use a carrier other than Federal Express or you need expedited shipping please contact us at 518-221-5490 to place your order.
In order to return an item for a refund, exchange, or credit you must contact us FIRST at 518-221-5490 before returning any products.
- Cages and racks can be returned within 7 days from the day of purchase if not used and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- Reptile accessory products can be returned if unopened and in orginal condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged/missing items must be reported within 24 hours or we cannot be held responsible.
- A restocking fee of 10% will be applied unless prior arrangements are made or your return is for store credit.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping on returned items unless prior arrangements are made.
